Enzo’s – review
We were a party of four yesterday and we ordered their anniversary menu of caprese and pizza of one’s choice for 140 crowns. The restaurant had a very good feel and I could imagine it being very cozy on a busy night. Unfortunately, there were only a few patrons on this Tuesday night.
The caprese was the best I’ve ever had. I usually don’t go ga-ga over some mozzarella with tomatoes but the cheese we had was very soft and smooth and not too creamy. The cherry tomatoes were sweet and the dressing was perfect!
The pizza was why I was here and unfortunately, it was only ok. The crust was crispy and chewy and the topping, proscuitto de parma was very tasty but the sauce was very bland which was totally not acceptable. The price for the pizza was quite expensive, from 145-165 crowns, which created an expectation of an extraordinary pizza. Unfortunately, this was not the case!
Because the caprese was fantastic, I’d give this place a try again but I would order something else and not their pizzas!
Value: 4.5/5 because of the special
