A poor civil servant who is food-obsessed, a food nerd, food gorger, food fanatic, food salivater, food trekkie… I’ll do almost anything for food. I dream about food, can talk about nothing else but food. My life revolves around the subject. Hey, I wonder if this can be classified as a sickness? I could use the disability money to go on a food quest to quell my food obsession.
Chinese and Vietnamese foods are what I grew up on. Nowadays though, my taste buds are not too fussy although I have a passion for chilies. I just love trying new food and perfecting old recipes. I’ll try to post new recipes on a regular basis and my reflections on food as well as reviews of restaurant visits. Anything about food and drinks really :)
I’m based in Stockholm so availability of Asian products is limited. I’ll try to substitute hard-to-come-by ingredients where possible and to keep my list of Asian supermarkets up to date. I’ll be holding cooking workshops once a month (check out the Cooking workshops-tab) so come join us.
