I lead cooking workshops in Asian cooking, mostly Vietnamese and Chinese. The maximum number of participants is 12 people and you’ll be working in groups of 4’s. All the prep work will be prepared by me, ie. chopping vegetables, etc. so you can concentrate on the cooking itself. You’ll be making the main meal from scratch, so it’s all hands-on! 🙂 If you’d like to attend a workshop, contact me for details or to reserve a place, advance payment required and is non-refundable.
