Cooking workshops

2 Comments | February 12, 2012

I lead cooking workshops in Asian cooking, mostly Vietnamese and Chinese. The maximum number of participants is 12 people and you’ll be working in groups of 4’s. All the prep work will be prepared by me, ie. chopping vegetables, etc. so you can concentrate on the cooking itself. You’ll be making the main meal from scratch, so it’s all hands-on! 🙂 If you’d like to attend a workshop, contact me for details or to reserve a place, advance payment required and is non-refundable. Below are the some of the upcoming cooking workshops.

The cost is 350kr, payable by Swish. Let me know if you’re interested by commenting on this page.

  1. Sichuan cooking (chili oil, mapo tofu, dan dan noodles), making tofu from scratch 15/01/2017
  2. Banh khot or Vietnamese mini savory pancakes, details to come
  3. Everyday Vietnamese/Chinese food, details to come
  4. Tofu cooking workshop, details to come
