Chinese chives and tofu

I’m not a big fan of vegetarian food but as Chinese chive or garlic chive is my favorite Chinese veg, I try to cook this dish as often as I can
Ingredients
- 200g Chinese chives
- 200g of deep fried tofu
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water (optional)
Method
Step 1
Wash the chives and cut them into 4cm long pieces Cut the tofu into smaller pieces
Step 2
Heat up a wok on high heat. Add the tofu and stir fry until heated through. Lower the heat to medium.
Step 3
Add the chives, oyster sauce, soy sauce and water. Stir fry until the chives are wilted. Serve with plain, steamed rice
Note: I like a bit of sauce in this dish, hence the use of water
