This pie crust is very versatile and can be used in place of normal pie crust and it has only 2 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 250g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 110g melted butter
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190 Celsius
Step 2
Combine all ingredients well. Press evenly into a pie pan
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until goldm brown.
Step 4
Let stand at room temperature until cool.
This crust is the base for key lime pie.
