Peppered pineapple dessert2014-01-05
This recipe is hubby’s adaptation of a dish he had in Ottawa a few years back. The dish he had was peppered strawberry that he raved about for ages until I challenged him to reproduce it. Since strawberry isn’t in season, we used pineapple and the result was definitely worth raving about! 🙂
This is a light, refreshing dessert that is a welcome change following a heavy meal. It’s also a good fit after an Asian meal.
